It has a considerable amount of down, making it exceptionally effective at keeping you heated.
There are a few minor stains on the inside, but there are no major stains or tears on the outside, and it should still be usable.

For size reference, I am 175cm tall and weigh 65kg, with an average build, and it fit me perfectly.
