I've only had it for 2 weeks.I don't have original packaging, so I can not return them My father passed, and I have finance things that I need to take care of, so that is the only reason I'm selling New conditionSuper quiet, does get a little loud when it detects something, but only lasts for a short period Replacement filters are recommended every 3 months (you'll have to order those directly through Sans and can even set up a reoccurring system with them for filters)I have 2 posted, so you may see identical posts, as we got 1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs impeccable for everyday use. excellent materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
