Rooting Instructions:

Let it callous: Allow the cut end to dry and callous over for 57 days in a shaded, dry area. This helps prevent rot when planted.

Planting: Once calloused, plant the pad upright in well-draining cactus or succulent soil, burying about 1 inch of the bottom.

Watering: Wait a few days after planting before watering. Water sparingly until roots form (usually 24 weeks), then treat fancy a mature cactus.

Light: Provide bright, indirect sunlight during rooting. Once rooted, it thrives in full sun.
